Come join a quiet setting at the Art Lounge to learn breath work, guided meditation, mindfulness and leaving with gratitude and solitude. Each session is between 30-45mins, I will you guide you through a multi layered in depth meditation session, I will provide binaural beats in the background to ease your nervous system into feeling relaxed and I will provide a silk mask to help soften distractions. Once the session is complete and you begin to ground yourself back to reality, we will end the session with blue lotus tea and gratitude blessings.
