About this Event
Beginning to understand how our mind and body interact within a seated practice is highly empowering for us to let go. Letting go of stress and following the path of least resistance to the life of our dreams is a goal for all of us, right? This can be accomplished through meditation and furthering our path of self-discovery.
Meditation is not about stopping our thoughts! The goal of meditation is to understand the way in which we think and why our mind continues to dig certain ruts. Once we become aware of our habitual patterning, we are gifted a choice, to continue or to change. Meditation introduces us to the moment in which this change is possible, here and now.
You are invited and encouraged to stay after meditation for a community work day at Tabbris.
What to Bring: An open mind, and anything that feels comfortable to mediate on or with. No cushion necessary.
Where to Find Us: Park in the back lot if the front lot is full. Once you enter, take your first two lefts into the main event space.
