🍂 As the sun balances day and night on the fall equinox we’re invited to honor balance within ourselves returning to center restoring what feels depleted and reconnecting with the wholeness we often lose in the rush of daily life. As the earth quiets we are invited inwardto rest reflect and renew. Fall equinox brings time to honor what has been gently let go of what no longer serves and open to quiet transformation.This Group Journey Retreat is a sacred ceremony of turning inward. Through restorative practices guided ket* therapy and integration in community you’ll be supported in releasing what no longer serves you and opening to renewal.

Unlike our regular group therapy sessions this retreat includes restorative yoga before the medicine journey helping prepare both body and mind for a deeper more balanced experience. You get more than medicine. You experience a whole luxury journey complete with all comfort items certified guides advanced practice providers.

In addition we’ll hold a preparation call on Thursday September 11 at 7:00 PM (via Zoom) where you’ll be invited to reflect on prompts such as:
Where am I overextended or undernourished right now?
What helps me return to myself?
What would balance feel like in my body breath and heart?
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Duration: 4-hour immersive psychedelic experience
Medical Assessment: Medical clearance for safety (new participants)
Comfort: All comfort items included: mats eye masks blankets pillows
Support: Certified psychedelic guides Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner RN
Music: To enhance the psychedelic experience and facilitate a deeper journey
Meditation: Guided meditation for mindfulness and relaxation.
Snacks/Drinks: A variety of snacks and drinks
Virtual 45-60 minute Integration group meeting - 10 days post group event
🌿 The Flow of the Day
10:00 AM – Arrival
10:30 AM – Introductions group agreements & landing meditation
11:00 AM – Break & connection time
11:10 AM – Restorative yoga to prepare body & mind
11:30 AM – Intramuscular ketamine administration ceremony & guided journey
1:00 PM – Landing snacks & integration circle
1:45 PM – Closing circle
2:00 PM – Departure
Capacity - maximum 10 people
Registration Process
Complete medical intake questionnaire by clicking Register and complete application
Pay your deposit to hold and secure your spot ($100 deposits are non-refundable)
Complete required medical history and medical consents
Schedule a required virtual intake assessment for final medical clearance (new participants)
Attend a required 45-60 minute Zoom group preparation meeting - scheduled 7pm the Wednesday before each event (new participants)
This event has limited capacity but we do encourage our community to share with friends partners family therapists and colleagues. Couples and family members exploring ways to support are encouraged to attend.
PRIVATE GROUPS CAN BE SCHEDULED WITH A MINIMUM OF 6 PARTICIPANTS
