Group Mat Pilates Classes @ the Holiday Inn in Downtown Rapid City

$15 per class.

Group Mat Pilates Classes taught by Pilates Whole Body's certified Pilates Instructor, Jan McGrath. There will be four (4) mat Pilates classes offered starting at 9:50 am with introduction to mat Pilates. Second class will begin at 11:10 am Stretch and Breathwork, Neck & Low Back Pain Release. Third class will begin at 1:10 pm Intermediate Mat Pilates. Last class will begin at 2:20 pm with Intro to Mat Pilates.
