Group Long Run on the Avondale/Ortega Loop section of the upcoming Cow Ford 50 miler route we will have 2 ice chest set up at the 1.5 mile mark and 5 mile and 6.5 mile mark ( if you choose to go futher you will need to fill up at the ice chest in Avondale) We can grab some coffee and a bite to eat at Southern Grounds after the run.
