Join Kaia FIT Sierra for a fun group hike along Evans Canyon Trail! We'll be hiking from the Wilbur D. May Museum parking lot and back, starting at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, with Coach Lisa.
Please plan on arriving early to ensure that the entire group heads out on time.
This is a free Share The Love-style event that is open to men and women. Children are welcome as long as they can handle this level of hiking. Dogs also welcome as long as they interact well with other dogs.

EVANS CANYON TRAIL:
Along this hike, you'll encounter interesting rock formations and enjoy scenic views of the Reno valley. Be prepared for sections without shade, creek crossings, and steep, potentially slippery areas—sturdy footwear is highly recommended.
DIRECTIONS:
Follow I-80 to the Keystone exit and turn north onto Keystone (heading toward North McCarran). Turn right onto Seventh Avenue. Turn left onto Washington Street. Follow Washington all the way north into Rancho San Rafael Regional Park. You'll meet the group in the Wilbur D. May Museum parking lot, where you'll hike through the tunnel to connect to Evans Canyon Trailhead.

Kaia FIT Sierra is a women's fitness and nutrition program with four Reno-Sparks locations that operate as one, while also offering live-stream and on-demand workout options.
