Inviting you to join our group healing sessions each month!This is for anyone wishing to connect in a safe environment, you can be at any ‘level’ ~ from a beginner with an interest in healing, to those who may already be on an inner healing journey.
It really doesn’t matter, this is about coming together and co-creating a healing safe space, to be held and supported as Carolyn guides you through a unique experience each time.
This is a sacred space where we come together, connect, and immerse ourselves in group energy healing sessions… and, you can attend as often as you like!
Each journey will differ, and you may receive channelled healing energies, light codes, language and/or activations for your growth and energetic expansion.
With meditative music Carolyn guides the session taking you on a healing journey, allow your mind, body and soul to tune out to tune in, to you.
Go as deep in the journey as you like as the sacred group session (and the room) will be energetically prepared for your protection to allow deep healing to take place.
This is about you, taking care of you in a safe space while being safely guided, you are safe to totally surrender and receive the healing and grounding energies.
What to expect:
Let’s co-create in a powerful and sacred container to open, expand and activate your innate inner healing.
Together, we go through an energetic clearing, protection and grounding process, then dive deep in to meditation as guided. Each session is uniquely different and can be a different experience for each person.
We are then safely guided out and have a moment of rest and reflection.
We may experience;
a clearing out low vibrational frequencies from our energy bodies and auric field, and then go deep into sacred healing.
A deep journey with your intentions both individually and collectively.
We will then complete the session with a ‘sealing’ in of these healing energies and experience a deep grounding session.

Duration: 45-60mins
commences at 2:30pm sharp, so please arrive at least 10mins prior to have time to settle in
What to bring:
a water bottle and an open mind!
Wear comfy clothing, nothing too restrictive that will irritate or distract you throughout the session.
For your own personal comfort, you may wish to bring a cushion, a sheet to cover, or light blanket, socks, your favourite crystals…anything you’d like to have with you to help you to relax and maximise your healing experience.
What is provided: yoga mats to lay on, bolsters – water is available to fill your bottles.
There is a bathroom on-site.

All bookings and payments are final. Please be mindful that all associated costs are allocated asap.
Also note that you are taking the spot of someone who could’ve attended, therefore, bookings are final, and no refunds are available.
