Group healing magic is a deeply healing event for a small group of people using a range of healing practices designed to be tailored to each of the group members' unique healing needs on the evening. The evening will draw in the healing energies of the season - in this case the restorative, restful & nurturing energies of the winter and the Earth element.
The evening includes a range of energy healing modalities:
- Shamanic sound cleansing of the energy field using a shamanic rattle, drum, rain shaker and chimes or singing bowls, as required and perhaps some Reiki healing chanting or a healing song
- A short period of hands on/off Reiki healing for each person in the group
- A guided healing meditation/visualisation advice
- Crystals may also be used
The event begins with a shamanic sound cleanse around each of the participants (seated or lying down position). This enables a tuning in, sensing, or reading, of individuals' energy and informs and influences the offering of Reiki healing and the group guided meditation.
Individuals can choose whether or not they would like hands laid on their head/body as part of the Reiki healing or whether they would prefer a hands off approach.
Individuals can choose to lie down or remain seated for the session or indeed they can change position part way through to suit their own needs and comfort. Thick yoga mats, meditation cushions or chairs & blankets are available to borrow, but feel free to bring extra pillows, blankets or padding from home if you wish.
