Join me in the salt cave on Monday January 19th from 6:30-8:00PM for the first Group Healing event of 2026! This group is designed for individuals 18+ who are ready to release stuck or heavy emotions and reconnect with themselves in a supportive group setting. Together, we’ll create a safe, guided space to process and clear emotions with the support and healing energy of the group. Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, anxiety, or simply want to feel more emotionally balanced, this group offers a powerful opportunity to be seen, heard, and supported. Experience the deep impact of shared healing and walk away feeling lighter, more connected, and more at peace.
Group Healing is currently open to women only and kept under 10 so that everyone in attendance can experience the individual benefits of NET while also clearing emotions in a group.
