Whether your goal is to have a stronger connection for prayer, deepen your meditative state, or to relax the body and mind, this Singing Bowl Group Sound Bath might be the perfect fit for you! Join Sound Bath Facilitator Peggy Mundell, CMT for an evening of restorative sound.
Doors will open at 6:40pm and will lock promptly at 7:00pm. Bring a yoga mat or small air mattress or even a zero-gravity chair - something you will be comfortable laying on for an hour session. A pillow for your neck and/or behind your knees, and a light blanket if you'd like. A suggested donation of $20 is accepted on site (cash/Venmo/Zelle accepted).
