These sessions are an opportunity to support each other to grow yourselves and your business, facilitated by Acceleration Managers.
About this Event

Designed for business owners on our Accelerator programme, these events provide a safe environment and a platform for support, challenge, and accountability. We use a variety of models that combine coaching questions, listening skills, shared experiences and insights.

You will also get to know your fellow entrepreneurs and be able to practice your 60 second pitch.

Here is an outline of the different types if sessions, please see below a schedule of sessions:

  • GROW model: we’ll support you to fully-utilise the GROW model; a tool that you can use to overcome challenges and obstacles within your business. Please come to this session with a clear challenge or opportunity that you would like to explore and what success would look like by the end of the session.
  • Time to Think (Nancy Kline): work in pairs with a fellow founder. You’ll have space to think about your challenges and explore assumptions that may be blocking your progress to overcome these. Please come to this session with a clear challenge that you would like to explore and be ready to be open and honest.
  • Implementation: be held accountable to those tasks that you have been avoiding, those, 'eat the frog tasks'. You will let your peers know what tasks you want to complete in the hour and then come back at the end of the session to share your learnings and achievements. Please come to this session with some clear actions that you can take.
