About your cleanse host:
Erica Sarcione overcame her own personal challenges and found peace through wellness and healing practices such as yoga, meditation, and multiple mindful methods. She now dedicates her work to helping men, women, and teens overcome these similar concerns.
Holistic Health and Wellness Coach – Erica studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition out of New York City. There she received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, and interactive coaching skills.
200-hour yoga certification – Erica received her 200-hour yoga certification in Rishikesh, India. Erica spent six weeks studying yoga, meditation, pranayama, and the Hindu culture during a six-week immersion trip in 2019.
Reiki Master – Erica received her reiki level I, II, and Master certification in 2018 - 2021
Global Masters of Business Administration – Erica studied at Southern New Hampshire University where she learned to apply international business concepts and real-world experiences to assess global business phenomena in a variety of cultural, political, social, and economic contexts.
