Ages: 5 - 12 Hand-building, Sculpting, Under-glazing, & MORE!!!
Tuesday, July 23rd - Friday, July 26th; 9AM - 12PM each day.
Your young artist is invited to join 4P Studios art instructor to learn about a variety of art methods and mediums!
Anything is possible and each week is different!
Join us for more than one session!
Please send your artist in clothes that are ok to get messy! We do have aprons available for participants. However, we'd hate to have a special outfit ruined by some of the art materials we may use.
If you would like to pack a snack for your child, please feel free to do so.
Please keep in mind that pottery is a process.
The time your artist will spend in class is for learning beginner/intermediate skills and for making your beautiful creations. At the end of the session, your instructor will have you select your glaze choices from a selection of studio glazes.
The pieces created during this session will need to go through multiple firing processes in the kiln. The anticipated time from the end of your class for the studio to contact you to pick up your completed projects is about 6-8 weeks. Your patience is appreciated.
In most cases all works created will be food safe, your instructor will confirm this when the works are picked up. For the sake of longevity - we strongly recommend you handwash your items.
We do not recommend using your pieces in the microwave.
