Together, we’ll explore a three-step pranayama-style breathing technique — a rhythmic pattern designed to help quiet the mind, release stored tension, and open the heart.
Breathwork is more than just breathing exercises — it’s a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery. Through conscious breathing, participants can:
