I welcome those new to Breathwork and those more experienced to join me for a group journey into Breathwork. These intimate group sessions offer the opportunity to create a sacred space together, and explore the Breathwork journey inwards. This group dynamic of breathing together, provides it's own connective, collective and cathartic experience, whilst the focus still remains within your individual journey. The nature of being in a group whilst others express and release during the breathing cycle, has provided many with an internal permission to do the same and feel safe to express and journey together.Conscious Breathing is one of the most effective ways of activating our parasympathetic nervous system where we can relax and feel safe enough to let go and release what the body needs to. This somatic process connects us to ourselves and allows us to experience different states of consciousness whereby you may receive insights or messages directly from your subconscious and or the universe. This type of personal transformation has been compared to the expanded experience one receives during an ayahuasca ceremony, or similar plant medicine/synthetic drug induced altered state. Breathwork achieves this only using our breath to provide an organic, pure and chemically unassisted expanded journey within.
This is an active somatic process between yourself and me. I will be sharing my presence between everyone in the circle, while following your journey and moving with what flows through your body during the session. With over 17 years of emotional/body processing within the breathwork state, I can support you with any movement, body work, emotional express and release, energy work or any personal guidance that is necessary in the moment.
These group sessions will run for two and a half hours and begin with a personal check in, discussions on this journey ahead and practice the breathing techniques. We will all then drop deeply into the breathing cycle and will last from between 40mins and an hour. The breathing cycle is done lying down with a cushion behind your head and legs if desired.
After the breathing cycle, we slow the breathing down and I will guide you into 25mins of rest, relaxation and a deep self meditation. This is another opportunity to journey within and discover feeling of peace, connectedness and oneness. The session will then finish with ample time for integration and debrief.
A selection of fruit is offered after the session to support in grounding back into your body and yourself. We then have some time to share with each other anything we wish to share about our personal journey or the journey together.
No prior experience necessary Just a willingness to explore and journey into the possibilities of the unknown.
