The session will take place in a yoga style indoor room. A blanket and yoga mat will be provided for laying face up during the session. Accommodations can be made if this position does not work for you. Specific conditions will not be targeted with this style of Acupuncture, however, intentions will be set to encourage your body’s innate healing processes, and Acupuncture will target stress reduction, sleep hygiene, and healthy digestion.
It is important to eat food and drink plenty of water before and after the session. We will be accessing deep states of consciousness and relaxation so be sure to nourish your body properly for this experience. Please bring a pillow, blanket, or whatever helps you feel maximum comfort.
