Do you love getting upside down or do you want to but are working through fear and uncertainty? Breanna will coach you through a variety of yoga drills that will not only increase your confidence and move the fear aside but increase your strength and mobility for 3 different asanas. During this 90 min workshop, you will learn the foundational tools to achieve a safe Sirsasana (headstand), Mukta Hasta Sirsasana (tripod), and Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand) posture. You will develop all the skills and tools necessary to practice these the next time you join us at the studio.
