Christina will be recreating the serenity of a forest environment to capture all the ways nature soothes us. Though held indoors, the relaxing sounds, scents and imagery will transport you to a peaceful, nature-filled retreat. Get ready to completely let go of stress and tension.

Christina, a free flower, life lover and certified somatic dance facilitator, is passionate about using movement as medicine and empowering others to find joyful liberation in free-form dance. Alongside her enthusiasm for movement and self-expression, she is deeply aligned with maintaining a grounding practice in Yoga Nidra and can’t wait to gift that experience to you.
