Join me for a grounding, relaxing yoga and meditation session designed to help you connect with nature, yourself, and each other. Through guided nature visualizations, she will help you feel more rooted and connected to the earth, relaxed, and calm. The yoga will be a gentle hatha slow flow suitable for all.
After tea and home made cake we will go for a peaceful walk in the forest.
We will then spend an hour at an enchanting woodland spa nearby (photos on the discussions tab). There is a large sauna, 2 hot tubs and 2 cold baths with a countryside view under the trees.
After the event, there is an optional social BYO picnic on the beach after with a sea dip (at your own risk) There is also a cafe next to the spa.
You'll also learn about the science behind grounding and earthing mixing both ancient wisdom and modern research. This session invites you to slow down, tune into the present moment, and embrace the natural world’s healing energy. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this is an opportunity to recharge and feel great.
It will help people connect the the earth around us, and remember we are one with nature and each other. It will help feel more rooted and connected for overall health, wellbeing and happiness.

Please book asap so I can book your space at the spa and plan the catering in advance. Let me know of any dietary requirements/allergies and injuries/illness etc in advance.
Please bring:
A yoga mat, cushion and blanket.
Bottle of water, any snacks if you feel you may get hungry
Swimsuit and 2 towels (one for in the sauna)
Suitable walking shoes and clothes for the walk (waterproofs)
Comfortable clothes for yoga
flip flops for spa
