Led by spiritual guide Maryzelle, alongside coffee sommeliers Christina and Luchi, this experience promises to be unforgettable.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The ceremony begins with grounding breathwork so you can connect with your body and activate your senses. Within a sacred circle, we will explore how the elements of the Earth can influence coffee's terroir by sampling two distinct single-origin coffees that highlight a range of intricate flavors.

The sound ceremony features an array of carefully selected instruments that emit frequencies that resonate with the heart and chakra centers. Crystal quartz bowls, Tibetan bowls, ceremonial gongs, and other instruments create a symphony of vibrations that promote relaxation, release tension, and restore balance to the body's energetic system.

The combination of coffee and sound promises to facilitate a journey of renewal, awakening of the senses, and nourishment for the soul.

ABOUT SĀE COFFEE STUDIO

Sāe Coffee Studio was founded by certified coffee sommeliers who have a deep passion for exploring the finest flavors and pushing the boundaries of coffee excellence. They specialize in procuring and roasting single-origin beans that achieve quality scores surpassing the industry standard of 88 points from all coffee origins. By offering exceptional products and experiences, Sāe’s goal is to foster connections and introduce new appreciation for the craft. This way, producers can start to gain recognition for the quality of their work.

ABOUT MARYZELLE

Maryzelle is a San Franciscan-born Salvadorean-American who is passionate and committed to a life of music. Growing up amongst the vibrant and diverse music scenes in Austin, Texas & San Francisco, California, Maryzelle’s first love was the drums and has played in numerous bands. She has toured throughout the country as a rock & roll, psychedelic, and ambient musician. She studied percussion and sound therapy at Mills College (Oakland, CA), where she received her BA in Music in 2021. During her music studies, she also earned her 200 HR yoga teacher training certificate from the Yoga Society of San Francisco.

Her love of healing through music and movement has since continued to blossom. She often works hands-on as Mills College yoga assistant and sound Healer. Along with banging the drums and evolving spiritually, she tapped into her divine goddess mission as a sound therapist. She has been hosting and creating sound baths and sound-healing events in spaces across the Bay Area.

She has hosted sound baths for UC Berkeley, UCSF, Mills College, Veterans, and many others. She is also the resident sound healer at one of the top Sound Healing Centers, "The Center SF," as well as "The SF Dharma Collective" and "The Yoga Society of SF."
