Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just mentally stretched thin? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it without support. Prioritizing our mental health is a vital part of self-care, especially when anxiety and other challenges show up in our daily lives.
Join Hackley Public Library to explore simple, intentional, and effective tools to help calm the nervous system, reduce tension, and manage anxious thoughts.
We’ll wrap up by creating personalized grounding kits provided by the library, filled with tangible items to take home and use whenever you need a moment to reset.
This program is part of the Minds of Matter series, in partnership with WGVU Public Media, GVSU Padnos/Sarosik Center for Civil Discourse, HealthWest, White Lake Community Library, Hackley Public Library, and Muskegon Area District Library.
