Please join us for our retreat! We rescheduled our January date to March so this is a great opportunity to join us if you couldn't make the first date!With the new year offering fresh energy to explore intentions for 2025, we often find ourselves feeling depleted, lacking in our self-care and focus on our own expansion.
This retreat was created with the intention to hold sacred space for reflection. We gather to create community and weave our dreams together. We come together with like minded individuals to support and encourage one another in shared experiences with some individual attention along the way leaving us grounded, energized, and empowered.
This day-long retreat includes group experiences such as opening and closing circles, creating herbal items, and a Reiki-infused sound bath, weaving the vibrations from a large range of instruments throughout the space. Retreat participants will gather items and create an altar, share a delicious lovingly prepared vegan, gluten free lunch, and receive individual card pulls.
Some of the special gifts we have prepared for you include said meal. You’ll enjoy an organic, healthy lunch and snacks along with an herbal mocktail bar.
We will also share a welcome bag with items to aid you in your journey.
You’ll also be making three herbal crafts to take home with you. Expect to make a hair rinse, an oxymel, and a smoke wand.
