Grounding Confidence is a curated workshop series and community meet + greet designed to equip you with actionable insight, tools, and connections to nurture and embody a more radiant, vibrant, confident version of YOU.

Join us to enjoy an absolutely delicious morning on the lawn!
Come meet like-hearted community, sip nourishing herbal tea in the sunshine, move and connect with your body, set powerful intentions, and gain tips and tricks (from passionate professionals) to help you walk your world in clarity and confidence!
You'll walk away from this offering feeling affirmed, rejuvenated, and energized - and of course, grounded in confidence.

This seasonal workshop series is lovingly led by health professionals and community catalysts Ife and Heather of Bridging Beauties, integrative health practitioner and pilates coach Natalie of Living Wild Joy, and shamanic folk herbalist and sound therapist Nata of Waking Seed.

We endeavor to keep the exchange for tickets as fair as possible to ensure both our own costs are covered - and our offerings are truly accessible and open to the communities we serve.
If you are among those who have been affected by the recent fires throughout Southern California or are otherwise experiencing sincere financial hardship, you are welcome to offer an amount which best reflects your capacity to support and uphold this work. Disadvantaged community members will not be turned away for lack of funds.

Please bring:
- a mug (optional, though recommended)
- yoga mat/blanket and optional cushion to sit on
- journal + pen
- water or other form of nourishing hydration
All other materials will be provided. Simply show up with whatever's on your heart to enjoy a lovely morning in nature with people who care!
