Grounded Resilience: A First Responders' Wellness Hike
First responders, their families, partners, close friends and community members who stand beside them in their journey of service and healing are invited to join this wellness hike created to promote mental health and trauma healing, through connection, movement and nautre. Wear comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothing. Water and light snacks (Hiking Fuel) provided.
We will be hiking the Castlewood State Park, Riverscene Trail, approximately 3.5 miles.
