SAVE THE DATE! Join Ashlee Elliott for a 90 minute Autumn Equinox celebration designed to bring a sense of grounding, release, and relaxation to the mind and body.
Through a thoughtfully sequenced blend of dynamic movement, yin, and restorative asana, this class will help release long-held tension in the hips, glutes, hamstrings, and quads.
In addition to the physical practice, we’ll also explore pranayama and guided meditation to support deeper inner stillness and a grounded mind-body connection. You’ll leave feeling balanced, open, and renewed from the inside out.
Modifications will be offered throughout, making this workshop accessible for all levels.
Please note there will be an option to opt in or out for hands-on assists.
