Join us for a 15 minute session to anchor your awareness in the present moment through your body, senses, or breath to reduce stress and enhance clarity. We host 4 sessions every quarter of an hour, starting at 1pm (i.e 1pm, 1.15pm, 1.30pm and 1.45pm) so drop in at the time that suits you to be guided through this meditation.Meet at the Urban Trees shelter.
