My aim as a coach would be to guide you through a certain experience where body and mind could connect and intertwine to be able to find coherence between the inside and outside in a way that the inner pleasure and honesty will be discovered to make a certain state of presence come out. A way of approaching movement to reach a certain level of presence in time and space.
From the own listening of the body, sensitive and quite, the inner focus will bring awareness to the body structure.
A dive inside a plurality of experiences out of imagination, senses, feelings will start on your own, then with the others: a place for freedom to open channels of interconnection.
Improvisation as a tool to explore the untouchable.

Atelier DANSE IMPROVISÉE dans le contexte de "Micadanses" guidé par l'enseignante CATERINA CAMPO
Description:
Mon objectif en tant que coach serait de vous guider à travers une expérience où le corps et l’esprit se connectent et s’entremêlent pour trouver une cohérence entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur. Cela, de façon à ce que le plaisir intérieur et l’honnêteté soient découverts et aborder le mouvement pour atteindre un niveau de présence dans le temps et dans l’espace. À partir de sa propre écoute du corps, sensible et calme, la concentration intérieure apportera une prise de conscience à la structure du corps. Hors de l’imaginaire, des sens et des ressentis, une plongée dans une pluralité d’expériences commencera seule, puis avec les autres : un lieu de liberté pour ouvrir des canaux d’interconnexion. L’improvisation comme outil pour explorer l’intouchable.
