Learn and explore different ways to connect to the self, others, and nature through practices such as yoga, visualization, writing, and mindfulness. Daily sessions on the farm will incorporate a variety of personal and group opportunities, including but not limited to, connecting outside with the land and horses, movement and stillness in the yoga studio, and collaboration and creation in the school house. Join in on the fun and get grounded!Registration is open for girls age 11-12
