Welcome to Grounded Gatherings! Meditate and relax with LaToya, The Inked Alch3mist every month, at Unity Church of the Hills - for a Reiki infused sound immersion, and find a path to let go of what no longer serves you, or realign your mind, body, and spirit, as you experience rest, relaxation, and inner peace.

Sound Meditation has been proven to alleviate stress and anxiety, help regulate our nervous system, and provide mental clarity and improved focus. Additionally, Reiki is a beautiful companion to Sound Healing, as it will enhance your experience while clearing away any blockages, or imbalances within the chakra system - leaving your body, mind, and spirit fully rested, "reset," and relaxed.

LaToya’s distinctive fusion of high-vibrational frequency music, energy healing, and insight will leave you grounded, and at ease.

Note: Feel free to bring a small pillow and blanket, and/or a yoga mat for a more enhanced experienced.
