As we move slowly out of winter and sense the first hints of spring, February becomes a powerful month for renewal.
In this edition of Grounded Flow, Laura will guide you through an exploration of twisting, binding, and the subtle pathways that help the body release what is stagnant — creating space for clarity, lightness and a fresh beginning.

Twists cleanse and organise the internal landscape.
Bindings teach steadiness, patience, and the quiet strength that supports transformation.
Together, they prepare us for the spring energy of cleansing and heart opening in the months to come.

This workshop is designed to bring you back into your centre while gently awakening what’s ready to move forward.

1 hour Ashtanga practice

A steady, breath-led sequence focused on twists, binds, and spaciousness in the body.
Laura’s precise and intuitive adjustments help you find depth, ease and alignment in each posture.

45 minutes meditation & breathwork

Techniques designed to support renewal — clearing mental clutter, softening tension, and cultivating inner spaciousness you can return to at any time.

Small, supportive group

With only 8 participants, you’ll receive attentive guidance and hands-on support to help you progress safely and confidently.
