Join Kendra Everhart for a gentle four-week meditation series designed to bring you back into your body, your breath, and the present moment. This class blends slow, nourishing movement with guided meditation, all practiced close to the earth—seated or lying down—so you can feel supported, safe, and at ease.Created for those who are curious about meditation but unsure where to begin, no prior experience is needed. There is nothing to perform, nothing to get right. This is an invitation to soften.
Each week focuses on grounding the nervous system, calming the mind, and cultivating inner peace through breath awareness, subtle movement, and stillness. The pace is intentionally slow, allowing space to rest, feel, and reconnect with yourself.
This series is especially supportive for anyone experiencing low mood, mental fatigue, or emotional heaviness, and for those seeking a gentle form of self-care that nurtures mental and emotional well-being.
Come as you are. Leave feeling steadier, calmer, and more rooted within yourself.
Classes will be held Thursday evenings from 6-7 pm, fitting way to end your day. This will begin January 15th and run through February 5th.
Wear something comfortable that allows for gentle movement. You don’t need to bring anything but are welcome to if you have something that will increase comfort. A bottle of water could be helpful. We will have a hot tea bar available as well.
Exchange: $44 for the 4-week series
