The fund-raising initiative GROUNDED 2024: Takbo Para sa Tindero is a water fun run event for a cause. It serves as a concerted effort to assist Shopping Center Stallholders Association, Inc. and Samahan ng mga Manininda sa U.P. Campus, both organizations of vendors and kiosk owners in UP, who have been service to the university community through affordable food options. They have been adversely affected by the unfulfilled promises surrounding the anticipated DiliMall project. UP GEOP’s commitment to addressing this issue underscores its dedication to principles of fairness and social responsibility. Through this event, GROUNDED 2024 seeks to not only provide a huge percentage of this event’s profit as an immediate support for the campaign but also to advocate for a more equitable and inclusive society.
