The groundbreaking ceremony for the first-ever mixed-used development in the North Nashville community of Bordeaux will take place on Thursday, April 8 at 11 am CDT. The development is part of a community-owned and community-led revitalization project that will bring health care, economic opportunities, and new and modern residential apartments to the area!The Elpizo Fund and Bordeaux Community Investment Group invite you to join us as we celebrate the groundbreaking of the historic Legacy Development. Food and festivities will be provided from 11 am to 2 pm CDT at 4007 Clarksville Pike. The groundbreaking will begin at 12 pm and Mayor John Cooper will deliver comments at 12:15 pm.
Parking will be available at The North Nashville Library, Kroger Parking lot, Family Dollar Parking lot and Youth About Business Training Center on the corner of West Hamilton Avenue and Clarksville Pike.
