About The Legacy Senior Housing
Located minutes from downtown Kalamazoo, The Legacy Senior Housing will provide high-quality, energy-efficient housing for seniors, ensuring they can thrive in a supportive community. The project consists of two modern, three-story buildings designed for accessibility and sustainability.
Project Highlights:
- 127 E Frank Street: 36 units (34 one-bedroom, 2 two-bedroom) with a community room, fitness center, and beauty salon. Built to Passive House sustainability standards for energy efficiency.
- 120 E North Street: 34 units (32 one-bedroom, 2 two-bedroom) featuring a library, puzzle room, and a shared rooftop deck.
- Income Accessibility: Housing available for residents earning 20%–80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
