BABES. You're going to LOVE this one!
We'll heat things up, & connect to our core with a 25 min Pilates practice, then rest, restore & BREATHE deep with a 25 min Yoga Flow. The space will be heated to about 75 degrees and cool lavender towels will be provided at the end of class. This is NOT one to miss!
EQUIPMENT: Please bring your own water & yoga mat. Blocks will be provided!
