Capricorn rules the joints and bones, the very foundation of our human body that allows us to feel weighted and grounded on earth. The full moon in June allows us an opportunity to become deeply embodied and feel the presence of our own physical structure more profoundly than ever before. Jen and Laura are committed to taking you on a powerful somatic journey, using tools such as strength focused yoga movement, fascial unwinding techniques, breathwork, and Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises.
Arrive 3pm Friday, June 21st. Leave 11am Sunday, June 23rd.
Held at the Yachats Inn in Yachats, Oregon
Workshop Cost:
$300 early bird until June 1st, then $350 full price
Must reserve your own lodging by calling the Yachats Inn and booking for the retreat with Soothe Wellness. Cost will be approximately $448 including tax for a private room or $224 to split. Each condo has 2 beds and a kitchenette, meals are not provided.
