Start your day with a slow exhale. This session kicks off with 60 minutes of gentle movement that feels more like a moving meditation than a workout. Billie will guide you through a feel-good flow to shake off the tension, stretch out what’s tight, and help you land fully in your body.Then, get cozy—blankets, bolsters, the whole works—for a 30-minute Yoga Nidra journey with Heather. Yoga Nidra is like guided nap meditation: you’re lying down, eyes closed, just listening and letting go. It's deep rest without pressure to “do” anything right. You’ll leave feeling like your brain got a reset and your body got a hug.
Please bring your yoga mat, water and a small towel. We have a few mats to lend if you don't have your own!
