Take a deep breath, let the day melt away, and join us for an evening of grounding, gentle movement, and sound healing in the garden.
This restorative experience blends gentle Yin yoga, guided meditation, and meaningful breathwork with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. Surrounded by nature, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.
As the sun begins to set, we’ll welcome the sounds of the evening around us, letting them become part of our meditation and deep rest. You’ll leave feeling restored, connected, and grounded — ready to step back into life with a lighter heart and calmer mind.

This event is OUTDOORS -- there will naturally be LIFE happening (lightrail, people walking, etc.) the world doesn't stop for us - and that's the point! Finding stillness comes from a great deal of practice and mental patience.
In the event of rain - we will refund and reschedule one week prior. We are also happy to provide general refunds up to 7 days prior to the event - thank you for your understanding!
