Join Meredith Marsh for a deeply restorative, one-hour experience designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect you with your body.

Participants are invited to arrive up to 15 minutes early to settle in. The session begins promptly and includes a guided grounding meditation, followed by 45 minutes of group energy healing, with hands-on Reiki and intuitive energy work offered to each participant.

This pop-up is intentionally intimate to preserve a quiet, supportive environment and allow for personalized energetic attention.

Meredith Marsh is an intuitive healer, Reiki Master Teacher, and Transformational Life Mentor who creates calming, body-centered experiences that support nervous-system regulation and emotional balance.
With a background in Psychology and years of experience in holistic and energy-based healing, Meredith weaves intuitive care with grounded guidance to support rest, regulation, and meaningful inner shifts. Through Let the Light In, she holds space for healing, growth, and energetic renewal—helping people return to a steadier sense of ease.
