Ground Acrobatics Workshop
11:30am - 1:30pm
Our intensive ground acrobatics workshop is for all levels, and appropriate for 13 to Adult.
We’ll cover basics and safe practices of ground acrobatics, and move to group & partner poses & balances.
This workshop is all about playing and having fun under the guidance of our experienced instructors. No partner required!

About the Instructors:
Bek specialises in trapeze, hula hoops and group acro and has been performing professionally in acrobatics since 2012, and aerials since 2015. She’s done everything from community shows and fundraisers, to festivals and corporate events.
Annie specialises in cloud swing & group acro, and has been performing both with aerials & ground acro now for a few years. Annie is the happiest when she is moving her body and sharing her love of aerials and acrobatics with existing & new students.
Both are part of our local performance troupe Cirque de CBR. You may have seen them on each others shoulders or being tossed around recently at the Australian National Museum.
