You can visit us at any time we are open including weekends without an appointment, however, we know lots of new parents are daunted by the prospect of buying baby equipment.
By booking a Personal Shopper appointment you get a true one to one consultation tailored to your needs. Every family is different and have different requirements so our recommendations will differ from couple to couple. We will talk to you about your lifestyle and suggest products that fit for you. You can ask as many questions as you wish, we are here to help and advice.
By booking a Personal Shopping appointment, you get the undivided attention of one of our expert advisors to look after you during your visit and take you through everything you need to know. You get a true personal shopper experience, and the best thing is, it's free! There is no minimum spend and we match offers from the larger retailers such as John Lewis current offer of 10% off purchases over £1000 and 15% off purchases of £1500 or Mamas and Papas with their voucher offer. It's more likely we will be cheaper anyway, especially with our Ultimate Newborn Bundles where you can save up to 25%.
Our appointments are 45 minutes but if you think you need longer just book two back-to-back. However please note the showroom will be closed between 12:45 and 1:15 to give our hard working staff a lunch break.

Such a brilliant shop. We were looking for a double buggy and thought we’d have to go to one of the big baby stores like John Lewis; but Groovystyle had everything we needed and more. Loads of choice and Sam who served us was excellent and so helpful. We had our 17 month old daughter with us who was enjoying running around the place and Sam was lovely with her. The service is exceptional and nothing was too much for them.Great company.

Great company. My daughter in law found this place. Was great when we went to our first booked appointment. Listened to what she needed, gave great recommendations. The bundle offers are amazing value. Picked everything up today due to a possible early baby arrival and the young blond lady I dealt with was great. Customer service 2nd to none. Thoroughly recommend to any soon to be mummy 5 🌟
