💙 Celebrate Strength. Celebrate Survival. Celebrate Gavyn. 💙At the age of 22, on My 17, 2024 Gavyn suffered an aneurysm and then 7 days later, while in Neuro ICU, he suffered a stroke. This stroke was devastating. He had to learn how to breathe, eat, talk and sit up. He has major cognitive deficits and is paralyzed on his left side. We hope to get Gavyn into intensive therapy to give him some of his independence back. Unfortunately some of that therapy is not covered by insurance.
Join us at the Mandeville Lions Club for a day filled with love, laughter, food, and music — all in honor of Gavyn Snyder, a true stroke survivor whose courage and positive attitude continues to inspire us.
