The incredible GROOVETOWN FESTIVAL is back!
Following the enormous success of our annual GrooveTown party at the Lamb & Flag in Hailey, we’re heading back to do it all again on the Mayday bank holiday weekend. We will have plenty of music and family fun starting from midday and throughout the afternoon with face/glitter painting, ice cream van, barbeque, etc. And then, as the sun sets, we’ll start to up the tempo with Witney’s best DJs to take you right through to midnight (exciting news on this below!)
QUICKER BAR SERVICE with an additional outdoor bar!
We’ve listened to feedback about the long queues at the bar. The pub has agreed to have an outdoor bar that will serve only tinnies (beer & cider) and bottles of wine which should make for a much more effective service turnaround on the day. Everything else like draught beers, shots, etc. will still be at the main bar, but this will definitely help a lot! The outdoor bar will be next to the amazing BBQ in the pub garden.

We’re genuinely besides-ourselves-excited to announce that we have confirmed SPOOKY CA$H-CA$H for a slot late evening. This is a truly epic booking, he’s played some amazing sets at the likes of Glastonbury, Wilderness, and Café Mambo, and we know you’re going to love him. Other confirmed DJs so far include Andy Smith, Joe Truby, Matt Bartlett, Andy Howarth, Jamie Keeble, Nathan Shaz Hamm, Pat Loughnane, Suzi Lewis, Cam Foster, Bloggy, Funk Soul Stu, Joe Woodruff but keep checking back for updates.
It’s FREE ENTRY! As always, this is a free entry event making full use of the pub, garden, and marquee (right of admission reserved). Please respect the pub, neighbours, etc. (as you always do) so that we can keep coming back!
