The sessions are led by dancer, choreographer and Pilates teacher Ellie Rowan, who brings over a decade of professional experience performing and creating work across the globe. Her passion for movement extends beyond the stage, and she is dedicated to helping others build strength and maintain mobility. Alongside her career, Ellie is a proud mother of two young boys, who continue to inspire her with their energy and creativity.
