GROOV3 Dance Class with Instructor Julie (For All Levels)

GROOV3 is a dance fitness class that blends real choreography with nonstop music and high energy movement to create a workout that feels like a dance party.

• A dance fitness experience — It’s not just exercise, but a dance centered class where you learn moves choreographed to pop, hip hop, funk, and groove music.
• For all levels — Beginners and experienced dancers alike are welcomed; choreography is broken down step by step (taught half time before speeding up) so it feels accessible.
• Community and confidence — Emphasis is on inclusivity, positivity, and having fun together, helping people build confidence and connection.

GROOV3 makes dance accessible and joyful for everyone, breaking the idea that you need a dance background to feel like a dancer, the goal is to have fun, feel empowered, and move your body with music and community.
