- Emily Kanter, Second Generation Co-Owner and CEO, Cambridge Naturals.** Originally from the Boston area, Emily spent several formative years in Portland, OR with her now husband (and fellow co-owner) Caleb, where she received her MBA from Bainbridge Graduate Institute. Emily currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Independent Natural Foods Retailers Association (INFRA) and as an advisor to organizations including Real Pickles and Walden Mutual Bank.
- Sarah Herklots, Purchasing Director, Cambridge Naturals.** Sarah has expertise in the natural food and wellness industry, specializing in curating products that support health, balance, and customer delight. With a background in purchasing, inventory management, and the spa industry, she combines innovative product selection with a focus on community and wellness. Passionate about diversity, Sarah advocates for inclusive product offerings and fosters inclusive partnerships, team dynamics, and customer engagement.
