LES MILLS GRIT workouts feature simple movements that are relatively easy to master, and while the coaches are there to push you to your max, you can go at your own pace. In fact, if you need to stop to catch your breath it's a good thing – as that indicates you've been pushing your body to the max training zone. You are also encouraged to get good at the REST phases, so that you can work at MAX in the work zones. There are loads of RESTS built into the program.

LES MILLS GRIT ™Series is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training workout with a focus on cardio or plyometrics. In the GRIT cardio class you'll improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises to challenge your muscles. Grit Strength we train with weights & Grit Athletic is a mixing pot of SPORTS specific training to enhance life & sports training.
