We are proud to bring you the Southern Oregon GRIT SERIES - the Santa Slam!!! This event has been around for a few years and is part of the GRIT SERIES. The podium finishers of this event will receive an invitation to the GRIT CHAMPIONSHIP in the SUMMER 2024.
There will be 3 Divisions - Advanced, Intermediate, and Novice. It will be Teams of 2, MM/FF/MF. We will be using CF Open standards on: ROM (range of motion), judging, weight scaling for divisions, and scoring. There will be 3 main WODS, possibly a Floater, and a Final.
Podium finishers will receive prizes. T-shirts are included in the registration.
