Have you always wanted to learn how to make venison sausage? Or to make any kind of sausage from your own meat? Come join Jesse and John, who have been making sausage with their families for years. Jesse’s family likes to experiment with fresh venison and pork sausage, with fun extras like wild rice, maple syrup, jalapenos, and cheese. John’s family has made smoked Polish sausage which will be demonstrated during the class.In this class you will learn how to make your own brats, italian sausage, and breakfast sausage, from a selection of tried-and-true recipes. We’ll take you through the whole process, from grinding to mixing to stuffing, and most importantly, to eating! This will be a fun and tasty class! When class is over you’ll be bringing home about five pounds of sausage that you stuffed, from a recipe that you select, along with other sausage recipes you can use later.
