🔥 THE CHALLENGE FORMAT
Teams of 4 will rotate between the bike and rower, with each competitor grinding through 15 minutes on a machine every hour.
But that’s not all - every hour brings a bonus team challenge designed to crank up the intensity, push your limits, and fire up the team spirit 💥
It’s teamwork, grit, and good vibes - all for an incredible cause.
